Upcoming posts
Sorry for being lazy in writing. I had just one post during the entire month of April and I promise to do better. Let me give you a quick preview of topics that I plan to write on in the coming future.
1. My asset allocation. I think I am really bad at asset allocation and am highly concentrated in stocks. I will begin by examining my current allocation and try to see what would be an ideal allocation for my age. Also in this post I will try to put in good books that I find regarding asset allocation.
2. Stupid things that people do with money. I hope to write about the mistakes that I have done and also seen a lot of my friends do. A lot of these friends are very smart so the title should be “Stupid things that smart people do with their money”. If I am not wrong there is a book with a similar title on Amazon.
3. A small blog about my experience attending a talk by Ken Blanchard, famous for his best selling book “The One Minute Manager”.
4. My ideal day. I have been guilty of not being good at time management. As a result of this you saw this lull where I had just one blog. I will start with what my typical day looks like and then try to visualize how I would like my ideal day to go.
Below are some other topics that I plan to blog on. Usually when I think of a new blog post but dont have time to write, I create a draft. I have the following drafts saved till now:
1. How do margin accounts work in trading. Note: I highly discourage anyone taking out margin and buying stocks. I will write more about this from my personal experience.
2. What is an IRA?
3. What is a Roth IRA?
4. Investing in Silver.
5. Investing in Commodities.
6. Being Penny Wise and Pound foolish.
7. Why do I drive my old car(and why I might have to get a new one
)
As you can see there are lots of topics that I have in mind. I want to maintain good quality of my blogs. If you have any topics that you want me to write on, please let me know and I will try to post a blog on that.
Anyways thanks for reading and I apologize again for not writing often.

If possible try to include something on insurance. While most people do confuse insurance with investing, it still needs to form part of of your overall allocation.
